the TEAM

Raj Nagra

Through his engaging, passionate, and charismatic demeanor, Raj’s voice has brought BBO the remarkable, philanthropic success it so well deserves.

Before devoting his time to Bartender Boxing, Raj spent his life marketing, consulting, and traveling the globe supporting the growth of the liquor industry. Coupled with his lifelong love of boxing, Raj conceptualized and developed Bartender Boxing as a way of giving back to the community that has supported and shaped his career.

Tommy Neff

director of boxing

When it comes to training, technique, and safety, Tommy is our go-to for all things boxing, and his merits have proven more than worthy of his title.

His involvement in the boxing community and business has spanned more than 15 years, decorating his resume as a professional cutman, amateur boxer, and coach, producing over 15 New York State Golden Glove Champions. Furthermore, Tommy owns the most successful gyms in boxing and MMA in upstate New York.

He’s owned various award-winning venues including The Rum Diaries, White Revolver, Cream Tangerine, and The Canteen in Bondi Beach. When it comes to boxing and fitness, Mark is well-versed. He’s an experienced fighter and trainer in boxing and Thai boxing, having competed in 14 competitions in the UK and Thailand.
